Hi. My name is Andrew Pellerito. Just to give you some quick background, I spent the last 15 years as a mate/engineer on mega yachts. And if you’ve seen Bravo’s TV show “Below Decks”, you can guess how my life was so very different to a life in the mountains. But somethings have reigned true! For example, life at sea taught me the importance of being diligent, hard-working, keeping an alert eye for changes in the environment, flexibility, and good listening skills.
